Services and Conditions
Consumption
The day prices comprise: use of warm water (day and night), the use of the sanitation area with warm-water showers, the outdoor adventure swimming pool with a water temperature of 26-28° the children’s playground, the recreation room with satellite TV.Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival the reserved pitch is available from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. Please inform us in case of late arrival. We request that the pitches be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of late departure an extra day will be charged. The gate remains closed from 12.30 - 2.30 p.m. and from 10 p.m. - 7.30 a.m.Plot reservation
Advanced booking is recommended during peak season. During peak season, binding reservations are only accepted for a minimum stay of 10 days with deposit payment. The deposit of 100,00 € can be paid online through our website or by bank transfer. The deposit will be deducted from the final payment. We always try to fulfil your wishes with regard to certain pitches.Day of arrival and departure are binding! In case of early departure (prior to the agreed date), the entire period booked will be charged. Please inform us, if you arrive later than agreed.
Cancellations
Cancellations have to be made in writing. The following terms & conditions apply: Up to 80 days prior to arrival we refund the deposit minus a handling fee of 25,00 €; from 80 days to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded; from 14 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the entire period booked; from 7 days prior to arrival and in case of early departure the entire period booked will be charged (place of jurisdiction is Silandro).Means of payment
Cash payments, VISA and Mastercard accepted. Prices may be subject to change.All rates mentioned in the price list are inclusive of VAT.
