Covid-19 Information

Dear Camping Kiefernhain Guests!

We are confident, that this summer all of our guests will enjoy a relaxing and action-packed holiday.
Despite all the excitement, we are constantly keeping the safety, protection and well-being of our guests and employees in mind.

We have put the following comprehensive measures in place:

  • We ask that you comply with the minimum safety distance of 1 metre everywhere on the campsite, unless you are with people from the same household/who are staying on the same pitch. In addition to this, we ask that you wear a face mask.
  • In the entrance area of reception, you can sanitise your hands and must wear mouth/nose protection at all times.
  • Our staff members will wear face masks and also gloves when necessary.
  • Throughout the entire campsite, there are plenty of hand sanitising machines available for you to use. Our guests are required to use these, especially at entrances (e.g. to the wash buildings) and after leaving rooms.
  • Hand disinfection is required before and after visiting the toilet. The sanitary facilities will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day.
  • At the pool, the 1/10 rule (i.e. 10 m² space per person) and the minimum safety distance of 1 metre from other people should be adhered to. People from the same household do not need to follow this distance amongst themselves. Supervision in the swimming area is the responsibility of the lifeguards.
  • If during your stay, you have a fever of more than 37.5° C or symptoms of Covid-19, we urge you to not leave your caravan/motorhome or the house tent and to contact reception by telephone. We will notify the relevant authority immediately.
