The most beautiful hiking months in the Venosta Valley are in the spring during May and June, when the alpine roses blossom, and in autumn during September and October, where the clear air guarantees a particularly good view. Reservation and Booking Conditions

All offers sent to you are non-binding until you confirm.

Deposit for confirmation

After your confirmation, the booking remains reserved. Only after receipt of your deposit for confirmation within 1 day, the booked period becomes binding for both parties. The minimum stay for a binding reservation is 7 days.
The deposit for the camping pitch is 30% of the travel price per pitch booked. You can pay the deposit online on our website or by bank transfer.

You can pay the balance on departure/check-out.

No reservation fee! - The paid amount will be charged in full at the final settlement.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Your reserved pitch is available on the day of arrival from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM.
If you arrive earlier, please wait at the entrance parking area until 11:00 AM, as the pitch may still be occupied.
If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform reception in advance, so that the pitch is not reassigned.

On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.
If the pitch is not vacated on time, an additional night may be charged.
Extension of stay is only possible upon prior agreement with reception.

Information

Visitors are requested to register at the reception, the person rate/day will be charged.

Dogs are allowed on the campsite, (max 2 dogs) with the request to keep them on a leash at all times. In addition, dogs are not allowed in the outdoor swimming pool and sunbathing area in the outdoor swimming pool.

Barbecuing with charcoal is not allowed.

The campsite is closed from 12.30pm - 2.30pm and from 10pm - 7.30am. No vehicles are allowed on the site during this time. Free parking spaces are located outside the campsite.

Our reception hours: Our reception is open daily from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00. During quieter seasons, the evening closing time is already at 18:00. We recommend settling the bill the day before departure, no later than 17:00.

Payment options

We accept the following means of payment (VISA, Mastercard, EC-Card) as well as cash up to € 1.999,- American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.

Other

Errors excepted, dates and prices subject to change. All prices stated in the price list are inclusive of VAT and are per day.

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations up to 365 days before the planned arrival date, a handling fee of €35 will be charged.
For cancellations up to 94 days before arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 60% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations within 14 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full agreed total price for the booked arrangement must be paid. Unused nights will not be refunded. The campsite management reserves the right to reassign pitches that become available earlier.

Cancellations are only valid in written form. Rebooking is not possible.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
