The most beautiful hiking months in the Venosta Valley are in the spring during May and June, when the alpine roses blossom, and in autumn during September and October, where the clear air guarantees a particularly good view. Reservation and Booking Conditions

All offers sent to you are non-binding until you confirm.

Deposit for confirmation

After your confirmation, the booking remains reserved. Only after receipt of your deposit for confirmation within 1 day, the booked period becomes binding for both parties. The minimum stay for a binding reservation is 7 days.
The deposit for the camping pitch is 25% of the travel price per pitch booked. You can pay the deposit online on our website or by bank transfer.

You can pay the balance on departure/check-out.

No reservation fee! - The paid amount will be charged in full at the final settlement.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival: Your reserved pitch is available between 12am - 6pm. For later arrivals, we ask that you give prior notice, otherwise we can no longer guarantee availability. Departure: We ask that you leave the pitch by 11am at the latest. Otherwise you will be charged for an additional day.

Our Reception Hours: 8am - 12pm and 3pm - 8pm
We recommend that you settle up the day before leaving by 5pm at the latest.

Information

Visitors are requested to register at the reception, the person rate/day will be charged.

Dogs are allowed on the campsite, (max 2 dogs) with the request to keep them on a leash at all times. In addition, dogs are not allowed in the outdoor swimming pool and sunbathing area in the outdoor swimming pool.

Barbecuing with charcoal is not allowed.

The campsite is closed from 12.30pm - 2.30pm and from 10pm - 7.30am. No vehicles are allowed on the site during this time. Free parking spaces are located outside the campsite.

Our reception hours: 8.00am - 12.00am and 3pm - 8pm. We recommend that you settle the bill by 5.00 pm at the latest on the day before departure.

Payment options

We accept the following means of payment (VISA, Mastercard, EC-Card) as well as cash up to € 1.999,- American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.

Errors excepted, dates and prices subject to change. All prices stated in the price list are inclusive of VAT and are per day.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellations up to 190 days prior to arrival will incur a handling fee of € 35, cancellations up to 94 days prior to arrival will be charged approx. 50 percent of the booked stay, up to 25 days prior to arrival 80 percent of the booked stay will be charged. Less than 20 days before arrival and in case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, 100 percent of the total cost of the booked stay will be charged.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
